Drafty window with frost and condensation
The problem nobody names

Your house is probably leaking a third of everything you pay to heat it.

If your windows were installed before the year 2000 — and most American windows were — you're losing air through the glass, through the frame, and through the thirty-year-old caulk line in between. Your furnace isn't broken. Your insulation isn't the problem. The envelope is.

Cold rooms no thermostat can fix
Condensation on sills each winter morning
Utility bills that climb every year
Street noise you can hear through glass
"That one room we never use in winter"
A nagging eco-guilt you can't solve
The fix is fifty-year-old physics

Three panes of glass. Two invisible coatings. One sealed pocket of argon. That's the entire secret.

The European building code figured this out in the 1990s. American homes are still catching up. Havenridge builds it right — fiberglass and oak, no shortcuts, no stick-on films, no "energy-saving tint."

What you actually get

Four upgrades your home was built without.

Havenridge triple-pane casement window
01 / Triple-pane glass

Three sheets of glass. Two low-E coatings. Argon gas sealed between.

The result: an NFRC-measured U-factor of 0.18 — roughly three times more insulating than standard dual-pane. In plain English: the inside surface of the glass stays within four degrees of room temperature, even in a 10°F winter. No more cold spots. No more condensation.

02 / Fiberglass + FSC oak frames

Pultruded fiberglass on the weather side. Solid FSC-certified oak on yours.

Vinyl warps. Aluminum conducts cold straight into your living room. Our frames are pultruded fiberglass — the same material used in wind-turbine blades — reinforced with a biobased oak interior. Zero thermal bridging. Zero warping. A finish you'd actually want to touch.

  • 40% recycled-content fiberglass shell
  • FSC-C112233 certified solid oak interior
  • Low-VOC, water-based interior finish
  • Expected service life: 50+ years

03 / White-glove install

Measured, built, and fitted by a crew you'll know by name.

Your windows are manufactured to the eighth-of-an-inch after an in-person measurement. The same regional master carpenter who took the measurement installs the window. Most whole-home projects finish in 2–3 days, not weeks. Drop cloths, haul-away, and touch-up paint included.

years, transferable

04 / Guarantee

25-year parts + labor warranty. Transferable to the next owner.

Most "lifetime" warranties cover parts, not labor — and quietly exclude the seals, coatings, and hardware that actually fail. Havenridge covers everything: glass, gas fill, coatings, frame, hardware, weatherstripping, and the labor to replace any of it. Selling the house? The warranty transfers once, at no cost.

Straight answers

Frequently asked.

How long does a whole-home install actually take?
Most 8–12 window retrofits finish in 2–3 working days. Larger projects (20+ openings, custom doors) run 4–5 days. The crew protects your floors and furniture, works room-by-room, and never leaves an opening unsealed overnight.
What does a project actually cost?
Every home is different, but for reference: single installed windows start at $899, a typical 10-window package runs $8,499–$11,200 installed, and a full entry door system starts at $2,199. After your free measurement, we deliver a written quote valid for 90 days.
Is financing available?
Yes — $0 down and 0% APR for 18 months through our certified financing partner, subject to credit approval. Many customers use the monthly utility savings to cover the payment.
How does the federal tax credit work?
The Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit (IRS Form 5695) currently returns up to 30% of qualifying window costs, capped at $600 per year. Havenridge products are pre-certified; we prepare the Manufacturer's Certification Statement for your tax preparer at project close. Consult your tax advisor for eligibility.
What if I only want one window replaced?
Single-opening projects are welcome. Many customers start with a bay window, entry door, or a problem room and expand later. The same warranty, same install crew, same materials.
What really happens to the old windows?
Hauled to our regional recycling partner. Glass is crushed and re-melted into fiberglass insulation. Aluminum is recycled. Wood frames with no lead paint are chipped for landscape mulch. You receive a recycling receipt for your records.
What's covered under the 25-year warranty?
Parts and labor on the glass, argon gas fill, low-E coatings, frame, hardware, and weatherstripping for 25 years from install date. Transferable once to the next homeowner at no cost. Covers everything except damage from storms, impacts, and improper cleaning products.
